A nicely-furnished flat in the centre of Siófok is to let - even for 1 day!
Our dear guests are welcome all year round, however, between 1st October and 31st March they are not accommodated in the pension but in first class houses and apartments, whichever they choose. Prices are subject to negotiation: HUF 3.800 - 4.500 / person / night, depending on the duration of their stay.
A Pension with a familiar atmosphere, lying 120 m away from the free public beach, in a peaceful and quiet area, in St. László Street, in a beautiful park full of flowers, awaits you in the 'capital' of the 'Hungarian Sea', in the nicest part of Siófok, i.e. the 'Golden Shore'.
9 double rooms, 4 triple rooms,a four-bed room, and a 70 m2 apartment ensure comfort for guests wishing to take a rest and relax.
Each room has a shower/toilet, a wash-basin and a fridge. Television sets are available - only upon request. Upstairs there is a large, shared balcony. GUESTS CAN PARK THEIR VEHICLES IN A SAFE PLACE! Guests will find a kitchen and a dining-room in a building surrounded by pine trees, where breakfast is served. Breakfast: HUF 650/person.
Parasols, swinging beds, garden furniture and a smaller pool will make our guests' stay complete in the beautiful and nicely-kept park. Barbecue facilities, a sandpit, swings and other facilities make this place a kid's paradise.
A separet building surrouinded by pine trees, is the well equipped kitchen and eatery, for your convenience at any time. This is the place where you may order breakfast.

Due to its splendid surroundings and location, the pension is an ideal place for relaxation and practically all necessary services and facilities are available nearby (within 300-400 m). We are at your service at any time.
The rooms are available for single nights as well until 10th July and during the late season, from 24th August, as well as during the main season, depending on vacancy conditions.
During the early and late season, group discounts are available for students and workers.
- Summer and holiday houses are also available for holiday purposes (reservations are managed through the pension).
- At the pension there are tent sites with the use of the shower/toilet.
- Coca-Cola Beach House (Coke Club) is about 600 m away.
- Pier: 800 m.
- Town centre: 1200 m.

Visitor's tax is not included in the room rates; it is to be paid on the site: HUF 370,- /person/night for people from the ages of 18.
- Guests paying in cash are given a 5% discount
- Students are given a 10% discount during the early and late seasons and a 5% discount during the middle season if they pay in cash

In case of groups of students, the accommodation charge, irrespective of the number of nights spent, is HUF 2.200 - 2.500 /person/night. Person accompanying the group, 21st person: free of charge
- Discounts for children: between the ages of 4 and 12: 30% if the child stays in the parents' room
- For groups (15 people) a 10% discount is given
- Discounts during the early and late seasons: pay 5 and get 7
Rates are 'not fixed': they may change in accordance with the duration of the stay: subject to negotiation. Discounts available may not be combined!
HOLIDAY VOUCHERS ARE ACCEPTED!
